The thought behind our group fitness classes are to provide you with a fully comprehensive training program; where all you need to do it just show up! When you sign up, you gain access to all of our fitness classes: Strength, Hybrid, Mobility, and Switch Up classes. 

Strength Fitness Classes

Our strength fitness classes are like having your own personal trainer—with a smaller price tag. With customized monthly workout plans twice a week (Plan A and Plan B), we track your progress and provide ongoing support, just like a personal trainer would. Each session combines mobility, functional movement, resistance training, and stretching—ensuring you get a GREAT workout every time. It’s everything you need from a gym session, with expert guidance every step of the way. 

Hybrid Fitness Classes

Experience the best of both worlds with our Hybrid Fitness Classes, where strength meets stamina! This dynamic workout combines elements of strength training, cardio, and functional movement to give you a full-body burn. Whether you’re lifting weights, engaging in intervals, or improving flexibility with targeted mobility work, this class is designed to challenge all fitness levels. Get ready to sweat, build, and grow stronger together!

Recovery Fitness Classes

In our weekly recovery fitness class we aim to improve your flexibility, mobility, and all-around body freedom! In this class, we’ll bend, stretch, and twist our way through a series of fun and effective exercises designed to improve your range of motion, release tension, and make you feel like a million bucks. Expect to unlock those tight spots, increase flexibility, and leave every class feeling looser, lighter, and ready to take on the world—one stretch at a time.

Switch Up Fitness Classes

Get ready to mix it up with our Weekly Challenge Workout! Each week, a different one of our trainers will design a unique workout that blends strength training, cardio, and functional movement. No two classes are the same, so you’ll always be challenged in new and exciting ways. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class helps you push boundaries, build strength, and improve endurance in a fun, supportive environment. Post Natal Pump

Ready to reclaim your strength and feel like you again? Post Natal Pump is the perfect fitness class for moms looking to get back into shape after baby. This dynamic, low-impact workout focuses on rebuilding strength, improving flexibility, and toning key areas, all while being gentle on your body as it recovers. From core work to full-body strength training, we’ll target the muscles that need it most—helping you feel stronger, more energized, and ready to take on motherhood (and everything else).
